Right of use and usufruct
1. Once payment of the total value of the week's right to use any Nativo Luxury Hotel Housing Unit has been verified, the BUYER's data will be processed, which may take up to 24 business hours to process these details, from the date on which payment was made.
2. a) Payments will be only in dollars of the United States of America, in addition payment may be made with a deposit or bank transfer solely and exclusively to the bank accounts indicated in the purchase and sale contract. B) Proof of transaction must be sent electronically. C) Any payment made by the BUYER to natural or legal third parties, and that does not enter the aforementioned bank accounts, will not be recognized by the COMPANY.
3. All reservation confirmations must be made directly on the page …………………….., using the online reservation service (online).
4. Any confirmation of use of the one-week right of use must be made exclusively by the BUYER. 6. The right of use provided by Nativo Luxury Hotel is to be used exclusively on the dates previously selected by the BUYER and according to the occupancy capacity of each Housing unit.
7. At check-in, you must present your reservation confirmation, the list of people who are staying, a credit card and identification.
8. The value paid by the BUYER does not include food, transportation service, specific sports or attractions, or personal items.
9. The use of the Units is subject to availability.
10. a) If the BUYER reserves nights of use rights at Nativo Luxury Hotel, they cannot be canceled or changed and in case of no-show. B) If you do not use it, there will be no refund of the payment made for those nights.
11. The use of the weeks of use rights can be transferred or sold.
12. The BUYERS of the right to use the housing units of Nativo Luxury Hotel and its Strategic Allies are subject to everything established by the Hotel Management company, who is in charge of ensuring the well-being of the BUYERS, as well as as well as for compliance with everything established in this contract, so it is the obligation of the BUYERS and their companions to be subject to the Regulations for the Use of the Housing Units that are part of this program.
