Our value proposal includes 10 years of enjoyment for four people in your family one week a year for the duration of the contract for only $5,000 dollars in a single payment. These weeks you will initially be able to use in the Colombian Caribbean, more specifically in Isla Barú. Cartagena de Indias where we are currently building our first hotel, also in our other two destinations such as Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Cancun in Mexico.

Additionally, you will be able to choose from now and while our hotel project is being completed, allied hotels in the same sector and with the same quality and service characteristics that our Caribbean Experience offers.

Initial Terms And Conditions.

Our shared use vacation weeks only include lodging, food and transportation, which must be paid separately.
Vacation weeks can be used in mid and low season.
Full payment of USD5000 must be made to be able to use the Vacation Rights.
Free annual administration for 10 years.
The vacations will be used within our own or allied projects according to availability in the reservation.
The vacation week of the chosen year must be reserved 30 days in advance.
The holder of the right of use may use the weeks per year initially on Barú Island in the first year and from the second year on in Barú Island, Punta or Cancún.
The four people include adults and children.
The entry of pets depends on the policies of each chosen hotel.
